About Me

My name is G.L. Konz. I am a successful businessman, devoted husband, and loving father. I recently sold by business start-up in management consulting and moved my family to our second home away from the hustle and bustle. I did not make alot of money with the sale of my business. But I did make enough to be able to slow down a bit and to savor and enjoy life while I refocus and redefine my next stage (or stages) in life. Hence, the name of this Website — ReThink Success. I wanted to dig deep into what success is and what it means. With this new found free time, I was not only able to spend more time with my family but it also allowed me to look inward and determine what it was that had made me successful. Through this search, I found a treasure-trove of old texts that, if I had known about them earlier, I would have made much greater strides in my personal and professional development and would have been able to grow my business and experience wealth much sooner. Until just recently, I have spent most of my time scanning these texts and reformatting them so that they can be enjoyed by all. My blog posts have been less frequent than I hoped as they are mostly about recent articles that I have read about success and rethinking what it means but I hope to be able to provide some insights based on my own reading, thinking, and experiences on the subject.
